As a warehouse employee at GEODIS in Venlo, you will play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will handle tasks that require precision, teamwork, and a structured approach. What You Will Do:

• Order picking: accurately collect items based on order lists using an EPT (electric pallet truck).
• Packing and labeling: prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and secure packaging.
• Quality control: check items for accuracy, quantity, and condition before dispatch.
• Warehouse organization: maintain a clean and safe workspace by following established processes and safety guidelines.
• Team collaboration: work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and meet deadlines.

• Hourly wage between €14.98 and €15.58, based on experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role (32–40 hours per week) in day shifts.
• Travel allowance starting from 10 km, up to €11.50/day.
• Opportunities for career growth, such as EPT or reach truck roles.
• Access to 500+ training programs and certification options.

Are you a detail-oriented team player with a passion for logistics? Join our dynamic international warehouse team in Venlo and contribute to efficient operations.

• Experience in logistics or order picking preferred.
• Familiarity with EPT; certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Physically fit for active warehouse tasks.
• Available for shifts: 09:00–18:00, with flexibility for 07:30–18:00 one week every three weeks.
