In this role, you coordinate outgoing freight and deliver dedicated end-to-end service to clients. Your shift begins at 08:30 AM by reviewing outbound freight schedules and confirming truck availability with carriers. You spend your day communicating proactively with customers, updating logistics records, and resolving routing issues independently.
