Over onze klant Our client is a global logistics and supply chain company specialising in delivering integrated freight forwarding, logistics, and technology solutions. The location in Hoofddorp has over 200 employees with 50 different nationalities. They have a flat company structure with a "no nonsense" culture. Functie - Coordinate and manage air- and roadfreight shipments from start to finish. - Gather and prepare all required import and export documentation. - Maintain accurate shipment status updates in the Scope system. - Book shipments with airlines and negotiate carrier rates to optimize costs. - Communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and internal teams. - Identify and resolve issues. - Work in a customer- and service-oriented manner. - Collaborate effectively within the internal teams. Profiel - The ability to obtain a VGB-document (8+ years in the EU). - Proven experience with airfreight logistics. - Proficient in English, Dutch is a bonus. - Careful and accurate. - Able to handle stress. - Willingness 40 hours within the two shift schedule: 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. Aanbod - Direct company contract - Salary on experience up to €4.000 per month - Additional €450 per month bonus for the shifts - 26 holidays - €0,23 per km travel allowance / public transport fully reimbursed - Pension plan
