Wat je gaat doen As an Industrial Blaster, you are responsible for preparing and treating metal surfaces. You use professional blasting equipment to remove impurities and create the right surface for further treatment. Your work is essential to ensuring that metal products are properly protected against wear and corrosion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Surface preparation: cleaning and preparing metal surfaces according to the required quality standards;
• Blasting: operating the blasting equipment and using grit-corundum to treat metal surfaces;
• Schoopeering: applying thermal spraying techniques to protect metal products against wear and corrosion;
• Quality control: inspecting treated surfaces and checking whether the results meet the required quality standards;
• Working safely: following safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised workplace;
• Teamwork: working closely with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient production process.

• A gross monthly salary of €3,675 to €3,885, including shift allowance;
• A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week in a two-shift system;

Functie-eisen We are looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Blaster who enjoys practical work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

• Experience with metal preservation and grit- or corundum-blasting;
• Knowledge of schoopeering techniques is an advantage;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English;
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system;
• Experience operating an overhead crane is an advantage.
