Wat ga je doen?

As a Machine Operator, you play a vital role in the production process. You are responsible for independently operating, setting up, and changing over production machinery, ensuring that production lines run efficiently and safely.

You continuously monitor process quality, identify deviations, and take immediate action when necessary. With your technical expertise, you can troubleshoot and resolve minor malfunctions independently, helping to prevent production losses.

In addition, you actively contribute ideas for process improvements and help maintain an optimal production environment. With new challenges every day, you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and get the best out of both yourself and the machinery you operate.

Wie ben je?

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator;

• Experience in the food, cosmetics, and/or personal care industry;

• Good command of Dutch and/or English;

• Strong technical aptitude and an understanding of how machinery and production lines operate;

• Experience independently setting up, adjusting, and changing over production machinery;

• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
