Over onze klant Our client is an established private equity firm based in Amsterdam, managing investments across a diversified portfolio of companies. To support its continued growth and reporting requirements, the firm is looking to appoint a Group Controller who will play a key role in financial reporting, governance, fund-related activities and management information. Functie - Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting cycle for the management company and related entities. - Coordinate consolidated reporting and financial analysis across portfolio investments where required. - Prepare management reports and performance updates for the leadership team and investment professionals. - Oversee statutory financial statements and coordinate year-end audits with external advisors. - Maintain and further develop internal control frameworks, accounting policies and governance processes. - Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting and treasury activities across the group structure. - Support fund reporting requirements and liaise with external fund administrators and service providers. - Contribute to transaction-related projects, valuations, acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Profiel - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. - Proven experience as a Group Controller, Financial Controller, Audit Manager or similar finance leadership role. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation and internal controls. - Previous experience within private equity, asset management, investment management or financial services is highly preferred. - Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and investment professionals. - Professional fluency in both Dutch and English is essential. - Strong analytical skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
