Your role as Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in our organization. Together with your colleagues in the Maintenance Team, you keep our machinery and production equipment running at peak performance. You help ensure the continuous operation of the entire production line, 24/7.
Your main responsibilities include:
Performing maintenance and repairs on our production line and related machinery. Advising on repair solutions and maintenance improvements. Independently troubleshooting and resolving technical breakdowns. Handing over information properly to your colleagues. Contributing ideas for process improvements and creative technical solutions.
What we offer You will earn a salary between €3,500 and €4,300 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. We also offer competitive employment conditions and a 30% shift allowance. In addition, you can enjoy:

What we are looking for We are looking for someone who is a go-getter, passionate, and driven. You have:
Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation system An MBO Level 3 qualification, preferably in Mechatronics or a related technical field Knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and robot controls Good communication skills in English A stress-resistant attitude and a strong sense of responsibility A genuine interest in technology and process improvement Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Technician (preferred)
About VDL TIM Hapert At VDL TIM Hapert, we process cast and forged parts and welded assemblies. We produce various truck components and parts for internal transport equipment, such as forklifts. We are also active in cylinder construction, especially for container mounting systems.
