Your role as Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in our organization. Together with your colleagues in the Maintenance Team, you keep our machinery and production equipment running at peak performance. You help ensure the continuous operation of the entire production line, 24/7. Performing maintenance and repairs on our production line and related machinery. Advising on repair solutions and maintenance improvements. Contributing ideas for process improvements and creative technical solutions. Extensive training and development opportunities ~ Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation system An MBO Level 3 qualification, preferably in Mechatronics or a related technical field Good communication skills in English A genuine interest in technology and process improvement Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Technician (preferred) At VDL TIM Hapert, we process cast and forged parts and welded assemblies. We produce various truck components and parts for internal transport equipment, such as forklifts.
