As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in the order management and supply chain process. Managing the processing operations of incoming orders in collaboration with Front Office teams and suppliers Managing urgent customer requests, returns, and quality-related follow-up actions Analyzing inventory, delivery, and sales order issues and reporting feedback to customer service departments Supporting the Customer Contact Center with customer order management Updating order-related data, including promised dates, quantities, and change requests Temporary employment contract through Manpower (with the possibility of a direct contract when performing well) Fulltime job of 40 hours per week The warehouse in Helmond is recognized as one of the safest warehouses in the Netherlands. In this full-time position, you will work from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00.
