Productmanager

As Category GTM Manager (also known as Product Marketing Manager/Category Manager), you will be responsible for the successful launch and product lifecycle management of a product category within the European market. To excel in this role, strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills are essential. You will work closely with the headquarters and regional teams to plan, execute, and manage the product assortment and sales strategies for the assigned category. You will monitor market trends, analyze data, and drive strategies to ensure the product’s success from launch to end-of-life in the market. Your key responsibilities will be: Product Management: - Plan and manage the product lineup and lifecycle for the European region in collaboration with HQ and the business group/product category teams. - Conduct market analysis (e.g., GFK data, Vehicle Registration data) and identify emerging market trends. - Oversee the product lifecycle and coordinate promotional planning with internal stakeholders. - Maintain accurate sales forecasting and inventory planning by country, key account, and SKU in collaboration with local sales branches and distributors. - Communicate the “voice of the customer” to the organization, including consumers, channel partners, and internal teams. - Develop and maintain competitor overviews for the European market, utilizing automated tools where necessary. Pricing Strategy: - Responsible for achieving business group/product category revenue and gross profit targets. - Participate in the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the finance department and China HQ. - Set and implement pricing strategies and net price policies across the European region. Place (Distribution Strategy): - Regularly interface with sales teams and visit key markets, branches, and distributor partners. - Monitor and influence the distribution strategy in collaboration with local sales branches and distributors. - Provide insights on key accounts an
