As an Operations Excellence Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing warehouse processes, enhancing service, quality, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze, implement, and standardize operational improvements, ensuring efficiency across the supply chain. Your Responsibilities Analyze and optimize supply chain and warehouse processes for better efficiency. Implement LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred). Develop business cases to support improvement initiatives. Collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. Set up and maintain BI tools, KPI reports, and dashboards. Standardize processes and train employees on best practices. Conduct internal audits and monitor SOP compliance. Coach colleagues on process optimization and project management. What skills do you have? 🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field. 🔹 3+ years of experience in logistics or operations. 🔹 Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement. 🔹 Project management experience with a hands-on, proactive mindset. 🔹 Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus). 🔹 Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and BI tools (preferred).
