In this pivotal sales role, you will provide both strategic and tactical leadership for your assigned region or group of customers, primarily focusing on high-level distributors within the EU-Africa region. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales growth targets through existing distributors and key retailers, ensuring the execution of annual sales programs and promoting the product range. You will manage customer relationships at all levels, and contribute to business development through new channels while continuously overseeing existing customers. As the International Key Account Manager, you will work within the PDCA cycle methodology, relying on data to support all sales decisions. This includes regularly collecting and analyzing customer stock and sell-through information to drive profitable growth and ensure effective implementation of sell-through activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned product lines and regional sales channels across the EU-Africa region. - Manage key customer relationships across all levels within the customer organization, building strong, long-term partnerships. - Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities through strategic market expansion and thorough analysis of potential new channels. - Lead the planning, execution, and maintenance of sales forecasts by country, account, and SKU to ensure accurate targeting. - Collaborate with sales administration, product marketing, and marketing communications to create promotional sales materials and initiatives. - Maintain regular contact with key customers and distributors to drive sales growth, introduce new products, and resolve any issues. - Conduct market visits to ensure the smooth execution of sales plans and to build a deep understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs. - Implement company policies at assigned in-country distributors and develop action plans to address any operational challenge
