We are seeking motivated and dependable part-time Logistics Employees to join our Shipping flexpool within DHL Supply Chain in Veldhoven. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to shipping logistics operations. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the flexibility to work at least 3 to 4 confirmed days per week, with 1 additional day held in reserve.  Important: To be considered for this role, you will be required to apply for a Declaration of No Objection (VGB) due to the highly secure environment in which you will be working. To obtain this declaration, you must have been registered at a Dutch or European address for the past eight years. Additionally, information about your partner’s residence history for the past five years is also required if applicable. If you are unable to provide this information or do not meet the requirements for obtaining a VGB, you will not be eligible for employment. Work Schedule: This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work 2, 3, or 4 confirmed days per week (Monday to Friday), with an additional day reserved as needed. Shift Hours: Start times are flexible from 06:00am until 12:00 pm for 8 hour shifts. Compensation: - Hourly Rate: €14.26 per hour - Shift Allowances: +30% after 6pm Key Responsibilities: - Inbound & Outbound Coordination: Assign orders, plan dock usage, and communicate with carriers regarding loading and unloading schedules. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow. - Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse remains clean and well-organized. - Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications & Requirements: - Availability for a minimum of 16 confirmed hours up to 32 hours per week, with one additional day on reserve. - Willingness to work the afternoon shift (12:00 – 21:00). -
