Wij bieden Gross hourly wage starting from €14.58, depending on your work experience (applies from age 20). Salary paid every 4 weeks, meaning 13 payments per year. Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer for distances of 20 km or more per day. 8% holiday allowance, paid in May. 10% accrual of vacation hours and 5% year-end bonus. 26 vacation days for a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday. 8-month employment contract with a one-month probation period and the possibility of a permanent contract. Jouw baan As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a residential complex consisting of three buildings easily accessible (near Holendrecht train station). Your work will ensure that residents enjoy a clean and well-maintained environment every day. Your tasks will include: Cleaning and maintaining public areas, such as the garden, parking area, entrance, staircases, and corridors. Ensuring all shared spaces are tidy, safe, and welcoming for residents. Working with a team of professional cleaners to keep the complex in top condition. Working Hours Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to aprox. 12:00 (around 5 hours work per day). Part-time role ( 20-25 hours per week).
