Overview

Senior Product Manager - Growing Impact Scale Up at Agriplace, Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. We are a fast-growing SaaS scale-up on a mission to shape a sustainable future for the food industry. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and shape our product’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for key pillar(s) of our product, ensuring value & viability.
• Collaborate closely with the product team (3 PMs, 4 product designers), development team and our customers to define a strategic roadmap that aligns with ambitious growth objectives and vision; inspire and rally teams behind the same goals.
• Strategic sparring partner, shaping product strategy collaboratively; contribute to the overall product strategy and navigate strategic challenges; bring this strategy to life throughout the organization.
• Hands-on product discovery and ideation; translate insights into pragmatic, user-centered solutions; own the entire product lifecycle from ideation through execution and iteration; prioritise what truly matters.
• Enhancing product development processes based on pattern recognition in B2B SaaS product management to elevate our product development.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS & Start-up or Scale-up, with pattern recognition for typical (product) challenges in growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work through complex product challenges.
• Hands-on mentality and flexibility to handle both strategic and operational tasks.
• Experience with external stakeholders (clients, partners, etc.) and the ability to present strategy and solutions clearly and convincingly.
