Take ownership

  • Understand and act on behavior: Monitor the frequency and reasons for app usage to recognize loyalty, responding quickly if engagement is declining.
  • Guide discovery: Assist users in finding features that best fit their needs and preferences, encouraging them to fully enjoy bunq.
  • Continuously improve: Leverage real behavioral insights to reduce friction, tailor communication, and enhance the user experience over time.

This challenge is perfect for you if

  • Deep expertise in activation and retention marketing, including lifecycle strategy, churn reduction, and personalized communication flows.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams (product, data, marketing, and engineering) to execute user engagement strategies.
  • Strong track record of integrating AI into marketing workflows, using it to drive personalization, automation, and optimization of the user journey.
