We are searching for a Field Assignments Partner who will be the main point of contact and case manager for our international assignees, internal stakeholders and external vendors involved in the assignment process. The partner works closely with Project Worker Coordinators to manage assignments, forming a team that serves as the spider‑in‑the‑web within the lifecycle of an international assignment.
How You Will Make & Impact
- Central point of contact for all stakeholders in the day‑to‑day management of short‑ and long‑term international assignments.
- Work closely with Project Worker advisor, Project Worker Coordinators and the rest of the team to ensure smooth execution of our International Assignments program.
- Manage international Project Worker assignments, acting as the single point of contact for the assignee and family to provide end‑to‑end advice.
- Partner with external vendors to ensure all services are provided timely and compliantly, ensuring a smooth relocation process for assignees.
- Participate in projects related to Global Mobility and International Project Worker Assignments.
Your Background
- Confident individual able to maintain relationships at varying levels of seniority, with excellent communication skills and ability to interact across cultures and nationalities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Tax, Law or related field, with 3‑5 years of relevant work experience in managing employee relationships.
- Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax and employment laws.
- Team player with good organizational, planning and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and changing business needs.
- Strong confidentiality and sensitivity handling.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
