Operating in over 170 countries, our client supports customers in building future-oriented infrastructure, accelerating the energy transition, and advancing digital transformation across industries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Transformer product portfolio management in EU, including new business models, technology trends and market insight.
• New product and roadmap planning, joint innovation project management.
• Represent the company in the standard group, set up the ecosystem in regional markets to help lead the industry.

Experience and Skill Requirements

• Market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, opportunities, key account strategies, and standard changes. Provide strategic comments to headquarters and lead new business directions. Familiar with market insight methodology.
• Marketing competency, including interactions with customer experts, support key high‑level marketing activities and provide technical support for sales team.
• R&D and Product Management experience of transformer product, familiarity with transformer solutions used in photovoltaic and energy storage scenarios.
• Understanding of development trend of transformer industry, familiarity with policies, market development direction, industry/standard organisations and equipment suppliers of each country.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or science.
• Familiar with MV/HV transformer, MV RMU/switchgear.
• Adapt to frequent domestic or international business trips.
• Work at office.
