The Role

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the CEO’s strategic partner and trusted advisor, working closely to drive focus, momentum, and execution across the C‑level team. You’ll translate strategic priorities into action, streamline operations, and ensure alignment throughout the organization.

You’ll lead and own special projects—often cross‑functional and ambiguous—such as developing leadership frameworks, incentive structures, pricing models, or launching new sales methodologies. Your entrepreneurial mindset will empower you to spot opportunities and create value in areas you own.

You’ll collaborate with both the CEO and CTO to keep stakeholders informed and engaged, proactively resolving misalignments and enabling rapid decision‑making in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

Who You Are

• Experienced in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business development, or similar high‑paced analytical environments—ideally in tech or high‑growth settings.
