What You’ll Do

As a Managing Consultant, you’ll be the second in command to the MD and thus be entrepreneurially minded and commercial. You’ll have full customer contact and responsibility where you can be creative and really help customers to enhance their business.

As the company embraces the combination of AI and Mendix, you’ll competently lead this proposition to customers in order to help them become even more efficient, saving more money and increasing their chance of beating their competitors.

You’ll design and build smart, scalable applications that solve real-world problems—from shopfloor automation to B2B portals and compliance workflows.

You’ll also build a team of motivated, talented Mendix developers and coach them regularly. Your job satisfaction will be off the charts, making a difference every day.

What We’re Looking For

• HBO or WO degree (preferably IT-related)
• 3–5 years of Mendix experience (Advanced or Expert certified)
• Commercial / Entrepreneurial mindset wanting to grow a new division and make an impact
• Experience with mobile development and data integration
• Workshop delivery and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset and mentoring capabilities
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Collaborative spirit and hunger to grow
