(Also known as HR Partner / People Partner / Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist)
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home)
At Butternut Box, we put the food back into dog food. We believe dogs deserve to eat the healthiest, most natural and tastiest food, made with love and none of the nasties. That’s why we make freshly prepared dog food - cooked like you would at home, delivered in perfect portions.
We’re a certified B Corp, and that means we care deeply about our people, our product, and our planet. As a rapidly growing scale-up, we’re on a mission to make dogs healthier and happier across Europe - and we know that starts with building an amazing team.
Our Amsterdam office is home to around 25 Butternutters (and plenty of dogs ). We work hybrid: Monday and Friday from home, Tuesday to Thursday together in our office on the Weteringschans overlooking the canal, right above Vijzelgracht metro station, surrounded by great coffee and lunch places.
We’re looking for a People & Culture Partner Benelux who’s eager to make an impact and grow with us. You’ll play a key part in shaping our People & Culture agenda across the Netherlands and Belgium, supporting our teams with everything from hiring and onboarding to engagement and HR operations.
One of your main focus areas will be recruitment - you’ll be in the lead to find amazing Brand Ambassadors and other key hires across Benelux. You’ll report to the People Manager Benelux and work closely with Sales Leadership and Global People Teams.
You’ll also support the implementation and management of our new HRIS (HiBob), improving how we manage data and employee experience.
This is the perfect opportunity for a high‑potential, hands‑on generalist. This role offers a chance to develop your skill set in all HR areas and make a real impact within our growing company. You’ll have support from a team that genuinely cares.
This initially is a 1-year maternity cover role, but it is likely for this role to become a long‑term (permanent) position.
