In this senior and broad compliance leadership role, you will advise management, drive the product compliance & quality agenda and lead a young and ambitious team. You will ensure Kramp’s processes and products meet both legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal standards, while supporting innovation and growth. With your vision and expertise, you will help Kramp build scalable processes, manage risks and embed a strong compliance culture across the organisation.

Profile

• 8+ years’ relevant regulatory experience
• 3+ years’ relevant managerial experience
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build, prioritise and guide
• Experience with continuous improvement and quality in an international setting
• Strong communicator at all levels
