Join us in Revolutionizing Supply Chains
Agriplace is a fast‑growing SaaS scale‑up on a mission to shape a sustainable future for the food industry. After four consecutive years of 100 % year‑on‑year growth, we’re creating a brand‑new Partnerships function and need a hunter who is hungry to build, close, and scale high‑impact alliances. If you thrive on opening doors and turning blank canvases into thriving ecosystems, this is your chance to change the very nature of our company.
Role Overview
As our first Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead the strategy and execution to identify, sign, and activate partners across EMEA—focusing on consultancies, systems integrators, certification bodies, and universities. Reporting to the Head of Sales , you’ll own the full cycle from prospecting to activation, turning initial MoUs into meaningful annual recurring revenue. Expect high autonomy, direct C‑level exposure, and a mandate to build frameworks that scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Green‑field hunting: Identify and prioritise high‑value partners across EMEA.
- Full‑cycle deal ownership: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and execute partnership agreements that deliver pipeline and revenue.
- Ecosystem design: Define partner tiers, incentive models, SLAs/KPIs, and co‑marketing playbooks.
- Cross‑functional leadership: Align with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure rapid partner onboarding, enablement and joint GTM launches.
- Performance management: Track and report partner‑sourced ARR, expansion revenue, and adoption metrics to leadership.
- Market intelligence: Stay ahead of competitive landscapes and emerging partnership models to keep Agriplace a category‑defining platform.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years closing net‑new partnerships for a high‑growth B2B SaaS company, ideally in supply‑chain, ag‑tech or sustainability.
- Proven “hunter” mentality—comfortable opening doors, creating urgency, and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Strong commercial acumen: able to size markets, build business cases, and negotiate complex agreements.
- Executive‑level communication in English and one of Dutch or German.
- Ability to work three or more days per week from our Amsterdam HQ, with periodic travel (~20 %) to partners and events across EMEA.
- Passion for sustainable food systems and a builder’s mindset: you love zero‑to‑one challenges.
