Key Responsibilities

• Lead global maintenance excellence programs across 130 sites.
• Drive transformation initiatives and align maintenance strategies regionally and globally.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.
• Define core processes while monitoring and tracking KPIs for progress.
• Manage governance, communication strategies, and roadmap development for maintenance operations.
