Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in ’s-Hertogenbosch, is for a Team Lead Travel Consultant. The Team Lead will oversee and guide a team of travel consultants, ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence. You will act as the main point of contact for our key clients, guaranteeing that their expectations are exceeded throughout every stage of the travel experience.

• Lead by example and develop strategic frameworks for travel consulting.
• Analyze team performance metrics and engage with clients to understand their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced analytical skills to assess team and client needs.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with luxury travel or the premium hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of travel industry standards, booking systems, and platforms.
