• Demonstrable ability to build, inspire, and scale high‑performing teams within fast‑paced, digital‑first businesses.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on leadership and comfort operating in evolving, change‑driven environments.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to accelerate growth.
