A fast-growing semiconductor company is looking for an HR leader to establish and scale their People function from the ground up. In this role, you will design and implement core HR infrastructure – including processes, systems, policies, and culture – to support the company’s next stage of growth. You will shape how the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top talent, while ensuring full compliance with local labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the HR function, introducing essential processes, systems, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership on people strategy, organisational design, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and growth objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well‑being, and professional development.
- Support recruitment and onboarding in partnership with hiring managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters across the organisation.
- Combine strategic oversight with hands‑on execution—from policy creation to shaping company culture.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience building or leading an HR function in a startup or scale‑up environment.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ownership mindset, adaptability, and high ethical standards.
