Country Manager, The Netherlands

For our ANH M&S team in the Netherlands we are looking for a country manager that will join us to keep on building on our promises to keep on feeding the planet without costing the world. The food value chain has a lot on its plate, facing challenges and other pressures on quality and yield. We must help farmers and food producers provide healthy, nutritious, safe and affordable protein for generations to come.

Your key responsibilities

• Leads the Country sales and marketing team
• Define and execute the Country strategy for ANH
• First line responsibility for the country P&L
• Co-create the sub-regional ANH strategy together with the sub-regional LT while implementing global business and organizational solutions
• Builds Country talent and succession bench with diverse, high potential and high performing talents
