About You

You’ll be passionate about working in a high‑growth sector and ready to play a leading role in disrupting the commercial real‑estate industry. You have a proven track record of hiring, motivating and leading a team to consistently exceed sales or business development targets, closing high‑value, commercially complex deals at pace. Your outstanding communication skills – in your local language and proficient in English – will help you present a compelling narrative that showcases the value of an IWG partnership. A can‑do mindset, curiosity and ownership will drive your success.

What You Will Be Doing

You will join the functional leadership team to deliver our growth agenda, harnessing your entrepreneurial mindset, strong business & financial acumen and leadership skills to add over 2,000 new partners to our network in the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Partnership Sales Managers across the region to achieve stretching growth targets.
  • Coach, motivate and drive your team to build & convert the pipeline of opportunities each month.
  • Agree high‑value deals that deliver inspiring new partner locations, expanding the IWG network in every town and city across your region.
  • Identify exciting opportunities in commercial buildings of all types, pitch new partnership opportunities and close deals quickly and effectively.
  • Employ a dynamic and versatile approach to business development, tailoring it to partners’ varying commercial needs.
  • Showcase the value of the IWG partnership proposition to your B2B network.
  • Source ambitious partners who match our growth goals and can help drive rapid growth through conversions and new development locations.
  • Ensure the team is highly motivated and each person has a clear action and development plan.
