Job Description
You work for a relatively small company that recently obtained a GMP-license. With the laboratory team, you provide analytical services for pharmaceutical companies; there is no manufacturing team. There is a QMS in place now but this, of course, requires constant maintenance and updates. Your role has broad responsibilities, you supervise the small team, do final approval of CoAs, manage non-conformances, CAPAs, perform audits, and approve SOPs. Since you represent the entire Quality team, you will also give internal input on practical matters. Next to the internal communication, you are in contact with external parties for quality agreements, supplier qualification, and quality matters at clients. We are looking for someone with strong QA experience and some experience as a supervisor. You do not need to be a seasoned manager to qualify for this role but you should have experience beyond an Officer role.
