Avantor is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to lead a full-cycle recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization in Belgium, Netherlands and across other countries in Europe.
Location: This a hybrid role based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam).
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.
Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies. Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies.
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Intermediate experience as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency. Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for manufacturing or distribution roles is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Languages: Business fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch is required.
