Strategic Account Manager - REMOTE WORKING (Permanent)


Strategic Account Manager
We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners. We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market.
The Strategic Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within the assigned sales territory. The Strategic Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver value-added services such as supply chain management and full life-cycle programs.
Account Strategy Development and Management:
Identify critical markets and new customer opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
Develop and execute strategic plans for all assigned accounts, incorporating an in-depth understanding of Arrow’s key supplier offerings.
Establish and nurture key relationships to promote solution selling and grow account sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support in areas such as supply chain management, demand creation, and technical solutions.
Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities
Sales and Marketing Execution:
Promote and sell the value-add services, supply chain solutions, and life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
Utilize sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com to manage pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics.
Prepare comprehensive internal Quarterly Business Reviews (iQBR) that outline strategic plans, sales growth opportunities, and customer service improvements.
Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, providing guidance and expertise on sales strategies and processes.
Fluency in Dutch in speaking and writing
Proficiency in sales tracking systems, such as SalesForce
Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic account plans.
