Customer Care Agent Netherlands / Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Dental Technology – 100 % remote possible As a customer advisor (m/f/d), you will support our Dutch customers by phone regarding our dental devices and assist the sales department with administrative tasks. Does helping others with your expertise give you satisfaction? Act as a competent contact person (m/f/d), mainly supporting our Dutch customers with telephone inquiries about our dental devices for dental practices Handle service-oriented commercial processing and administrative support for sales campaigns and order management Serve as an interface between colleagues (m/f/d) in sales, technical support, and logistics, and our customers (m/f/d) Provide competent and friendly customer support by phone (inbound) and email Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in inside sales, customer service, call centers, or a similar field Ideally, you have training with a (dental) medical, technical, or commercial focus (e.g., medical technology, dental assistant, industrial clerk, or similar) You enjoy working independently, are service- and sales-oriented, and highly motivated You show a positive attitude and responsibility and are a true team player You have very good Dutch language skills and, ideally, good German skills You are happy to apply your good English skills (B2 level) in speaking and writing A corporate culture that encourages you to make use of great creative freedom—rated as kununu TOP COMPANY and Great Place to Work® Various team and company events that strengthen our team spirit
