Head of Sales – UK & Benelux

It is an individual contributor position with potential for future growth into a leadership role.

What you will be doing at Arrow GC:

  • Operate as an independent contributor and later manage a team in the future.
  • Hunt, prospect, and grow large accounts to provide an annuity‑based engineering services business.
  • Engage customers in Embedded, Software, and Digital services space.
  • Drive revenue and business expansion in existing clients with design centers in the western region outside the Bay Area.
  • Run the complete sales process for all opportunities, including initial client communication, on‑site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Achieve prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Personally develop strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.

What we are looking for:

  • 5‑15 years of experience in digital and embedded engineering services sales to large enterprise clients.
  • B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering qualification.
  • MBA (Desired).
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving sales quota upwards of 5‑10M+ and large account management.
  • Willingness to develop a client base via aggressive prospecting in new and existing customer bases.
  • Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with director and VP engineering management on the client side.
  • Experience working at an offshore services company in Hi‑Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial, and Mobility domains with cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams.
  • Good technical skills in digital and embedded engineering and the ability to engage potential customers with “consultative selling.”
  • Experience managing a sales (inside sales) team (preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Business travel availability – 30% travel in the UK and Benelux regions.
