Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead technological projects that drive their goals forward. Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Plan, lead, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope and budget.
Execution Leadership: Drive project progress in an already active program, meeting key milestones such as equipment testing by end of Q2 next year.
Team Leadership: Engage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Stakeholder Management: Provide clear project updates, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Resource & Budget Coordination: Optimize resource use, including people, systems, and financials.
Technology Deployment: Oversee implementation of established IT applications supporting manufacturing.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure projects meet high standards and adhere to regulatory and GMP requirements.
Innovation Mindset: Encourage smart ways of working and enable effective tool usage across teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Project Management or related field
10 years experience managing technology projects, ideally in biotechnology, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments
Proven experience in project management, including scheduling (e.g. Smartsheet), stakeholder management, risk management, and leading project meetings
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent credentials highly desirable
Experience with GMP and validation processes
General familiarity with manufacturing applications like MES or SCADA is beneficial
Strong understanding of technology trends, platforms, and project methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Energetic, proactive, and resilient under pressure
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
