Storecove is looking for a Tech Solutions Engineer We are looking for a Tech Solutions Engineer with experience in Ruby on Rails and JSON to join our talented development team. In this hybrid role, you will both develop scalable API applications and support customers in integrating and troubleshooting their e-invoicing connections. Develop, test, and maintain API applications using Ruby on Rails Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Provide technical support for clients during API integration and configuration Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to API usage and data exchange Work with JSON-based data formats and e-invoicing standards (e.g. Document recurring issues and share insights with the product team for longterm improvements 2+ years of experience in software development ~ Experience providing technical support or assisting with integrations is a plus ~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) ~ Experience with Java or Kafka is a plus The possibility of getting ''Storecoins'' (virtual stock options) Our mission is to simplify financial processes and ensure compliance with global e-invoicing standards.
