You can work from home 1day a week,
but training will be 100% at the office. As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage customer
relationships and deliver optimal technical and commercial
solutions. Acting as the primary contact for our client's
German-speaking customers, you’ll ensure smooth communication and
efficient issue resolution. You will work closely with internal
teams to ensure timely order processing and drive customer
satisfaction. Key

Address
technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries from
German-speaking customers.
Manage calls and
emails, ensuring clear and prompt
communication.
Coordinate with internal teams
(Order Entry, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate
deliveries.
Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent
German (C2) – both spoken and
written.
Proficient English
skills.
Experience in a similar position in a
B2B setting is a must.
Strong communication
skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Eager
to learn and grow within the role.
Technical
affinity and the ability to grasp complex
concepts.

problem-solving
attitude.
