Your new work environment
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Executive Search, you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting external VP level and above talent for our brands and corporate functions. You will be joining a highly successful and specialized Executive Search function that manages full-cycle executive recruiting and partners closely with senior stakeholders across Europe and the United States.
In this strategic role, you will combine research, proactive outreach, assessment expertise, and strong relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional quality and value to the business. You will develop tailored search strategies, build target company lists, attract senior-level prospects, and document key insights throughout the process. Additionally, you will provide market trends, industry intelligence, and talent insights to senior leadership, contributing directly to our broader executive talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities Of Your Role
Your role is highly diverse and strategic. You will combine executive search expertise, market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and strong assessment capabilities to deliver top-tier service. Your key responsibilities include:
Leading several end-to-end executive searches at VP level and above across Europe and the United States.
Proactively identifying, engaging, and assessing senior external talent, including passive candidates, for both immediate roles and long-term succession needs.
Acting as the main contact for executive referrals and managing assessments, progress updates, and candidate documentation.
Developing and executing tailored search strategies, including market research, talent mapping, and targeted outreach.
Conducting behaviour-based executive assessments and evaluating cultural and functional fit.
Building strong, long-term relationships with senior candidates and acting as a trusted advisor.
Sharing relevant market and talent insights with senior leadership to support executive talent strategy.
Prioritizing effectively and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Requirements
We believe you will excel in this role if you meet the following requirements:
7–10 years of executive-level recruiting within a retained search firm or a large corporate executive recruitment function.
A strategic mindset and proven ability to build and execute sophisticated search strategies.
Deep knowledge of modern executive recruiting techniques, sourcing methodologies, referrals, market research, and executive compensation.
Strong client-facing capabilities and confidence in communicating with senior executives.
Demonstrated project management skills in a high-performance, multi-project environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism.
A bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree preferred.
Aside from these hard skills, we think you should also bring some much-valued soft skills to the table: an engaging and credible presence, able to quickly build rapport with senior leaders and high-level candidates, strong analytical skills and the ability to assess talent accurately and objectively, a proactive, resilient, and energetic working style, with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
