Are you a proactive legal counsel ready to make an impact in a fast‑paced international environment?

As a Junior Legal Counsel at Euro Pool Group, you’ll be part of a small, dynamic legal team that acts as a true business partner to the organization. You’ll provide legal and business support across a wide range of topics, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documentation.

You’ll also contribute to group‑level legal initiatives on compliance issues, policy drafting corporate housekeeping, and maintaining standard legal documentation. Working closely with the General Counsel & Company Secretary and two Senior Legal Counsels, you’ll support both the Trays and Pallets divisions across Europe.

You are a flexible and solution‑oriented lawyer with great business sense. You are highly motivated and have a hands‑on mentality and professional attitude. Besides, you can function independently and in (multifunctional and multicultural) teams.

• You hold a master’s degree in Dutch law.
• You have 1 to 5 years of experience at a reputable international law firm or in-house legal department.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You are a legal generalist with solid knowledge of commercial, corporate, and contract law.
• You have excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• You are able to manage changing priorities and deadlines effectively.
