Part-Time Logistics Employee

As a part-time logistics employee, you’ll drive an electric cart through the auction halls, quickly and accurately collecting the right flowers and plants for our customers. You’re an essential link in the logistics process, from arrival to shipment. Occasionally, you’ll work in a cold storage area (between 7 and 10 degrees), so don’t forget your warm sweater!

What will you do?

• Collect orders (flowers and plants)
• Check shipping documents
• Ensure smooth and error-free order processing
• Work together with a friendly team of colleagues

Your day starts at 06:00 or 06:30, and you’ll need to arrive at least 10 minutes early for the team briefing. The finishing time varies depending on how busy it is, but usually falls between 09:00 and 11:00, with occasional extensions into the early afternoon. Mondays and Tuesdays are mandatory workdays; other days are flexible by arrangement.

You’ll be employed via Actief Werkt! at Royal FloraHolland, the world’s largest flower auction. For over a century, this auction has been the international meeting point for growers and buyers. Royal FloraHolland has locations in Naaldwijk, Aalsmeer, and Rijnsburg, and this vacancy is specifically for the Naaldwijk team.
