Our client is looking for a motivated part-time Sales Support Associate who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys improving processes and tools to enhance daily operations. Your key responsibilities will be:

Help refine and modernize administrative processes, systems, and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate closely with both business and IT teams to translate operational needs into practical, technology-driven solutions
Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Team which consist of a team leader and two internal sales representatives in Rorschach (Switzerland), plus one salesperson in 's-Hertogenbosch
Manage relationships with insurance partners, coordinate premium settlements, and ensure professional follow-up on customer visits and requests
Play an active role in optimizing our back-office performance while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and reliability.

Requirements

Degree in commercial education
professional experience in finance, banking, or a similar sector
Strong organizational and analytical mindset with attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive and structured approach to work
Committed, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
Customer-focused attitude with a service-oriented mindset
Excellent command of German and good command of English, both spoken and written
Comfortable with IT systems and digital tools, such as MS 365. It's a plus if you are experienced with SAP or Power BI
Availability for 20-24 h/week

The salary range from 3.000 to 3.700 EUR is based on a full-time equivalent.
