Paolo Pretorius (previous intern) The internship This internship is unique in its broad potential, offering opportunities for you to make an impact. You will have the flexibility to shape your role based on your interests and skills, allowing you to explore various directions within the Indirects space of Global Procurement. This hands-on experience will help you discover your passions and develop key skills that are essential for your growth. Tackle projects that shape multi-million euro categories (Digital & Technology, Professional Services), where your ideas can drive real savings for HEINEKEN and you will learn directly from industry-leading experts. Work directly with senior leaders, joining strategic conversations and building valuable relationships. Support teams by analyzing data, managing projects, and driving improvements with automation, technology, and AI. Involved in buyer activities like RFI, RFP, eAuctions, supplier selection, amd contracting, gaining hands-on procurement experience. Track, analyze, and report procurement performance, learning how a global business measures success. Organize team culture activities where you help build a vibrant team spirit and bring people together. During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. You will be part of the Global Procurement department, working closely with D&T (IT) and Professional Services team. The internship is fulltime The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor) It is a practice-oriented internship During your internship, you have the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid environment with 3 days a week in the office You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week. You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime) If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed Comfortable working independently on tasks, taking ownership and at the same time being a team player Ability to process and analyze data effectively You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
