About the position:
The daily operation of the company consists of deployment of the movable equipment alongside national and provincial roads. It consists of a lot of driving, loading and downloading tools and parts of the equipment, installation, changing batteries and potential necessary repairs. Any job within the company is safety demanding, the team need to be trained and certified on working on the roads. Willingness to learn and to get certified is essential as well as affinity to technology and flexible attitude.

Your Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating field technicians' work shifts.
- Managing and recording replacements and repairs of Moveable Roadside Equipment (MRE).
- Assigning and monitoring the status of incidents and service requests.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring availability of materials and spare parts.
- Providing technical support and expert advice to field technicians.
- Training new technicians and supporting the professional development of current team members.
- Maintaining technical documentation, including installation and repair manuals.
- Collaborating with the manager to optimize service processes.
Your profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role – ideally in maintenance, service, or technician coordination.
- Ability to work with technical documentation and read schematics.
- Basic knowledge of spare parts logistics and warehouse management.
- Independence, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with shift planning or leading a small team (up to 10 people) is an advantage.
- Technical level of English (for reading manuals and communicating with international headquarters).
- Adequate level of Dutch language for communication with colleagues and local authorities.
- Driving license category B – active driver.
- B-VCA certificate would be a plus.
