End-to-End Management: You oversee the entire product development process, from the first concept to market launch, ensuring that timelines, costs, and quality standards are met. Negotiation & Optimization: You negotiate prices, quality standards, and delivery terms while monitoring production costs and uncovering savings potential through smart, data-driven decisions. Quality Assurance: You coordinate and check samples, monitor production, and make sure every product meets our high-quality expectations, right down to the smallest detail. Creative Collaboration: You work closely with the design team to turn creative concepts into commercially successful products and continuously analyze market trends and competitors. Process Development: You constantly refine procurement workflows and introduce best practices that drive efficiency and excellence across the entire value chain. Your Educational Background: You hold a degree in textile management, fashion management, business administration, or a comparable qualification that combines strategic thinking with a passion for fashion. Your Profile: You bring several years of experience in product management or sourcing, ideally within Menswear. You have deep knowledge of the textile value chain, production techniques, and quality standards as well as experience in supplier selection, evaluation, and contract management. You’re comfortable working with MS Office and ERP systems (such as SAP), communicate fluently in English, Dutch or German is a plus.
