To strengthen our presence at our Amsterdam PC Hooftstraat Boutique, located on the city’s most exclusive luxury shopping street, we are recruiting a Sales Advisor with In-Store Visual Merchandising responsibilities to join our dynamic team of 7 people.
This hybrid role is first and foremost a sales position : your priority will be to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve commercial results. In addition, you will act as the local point of contact for Visual Merchandising , ensuring that the store presentation reflects the Longchamp identity in collaboration with the Benelux VM Manager.

This position is offered on a flexible contract ranging from 24 to 38 hours per week, depending on availability and profile.
Your main responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Experience
- Welcome and guide clients in discovering the Brand and its products
- Listen attentively to client needs to maximise sales while ensuring sincere and impeccable service
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised follow-up and exclusive services
- Develop and manage a client database using digital tools to strengthen engagement and foster long-term loyalty
2. Store Operations
- Contribute to the smooth daily running of the store (cashiering, stock, merchandise flow, etc.)
- Support back-office tasks (inventories, replenishment, product transfers, etc.)
3. Visual Merchandising (in addition to sales)
- Implement in-store and window rotations in line with VM guidelines
- Maintain product zoning and display consistency to ensure a luxury shopping environment
- Execute price and signage updates with accuracy
- Share visual feedback and photos with the VM Manager when required
- Assist with seasonal set-ups and updates, in coordination with the Store Manager and VM Manager
4. Brand Ambassador Role

- Ensure both client experience and store presentation are consistently aligned with luxury standards
What you bring to the table
- At least 2 years’ experience in luxury or fashion retail (experience or strong interest in visual merchandising is a plus)
- Knowledge of retail KPIs and ability to use clienteling tools
- Sales-driven mindset combined with attention to visual detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English (an additional language is a plus)
- Good physical condition to support visual updates (standing, lifting, display adjustments)
