International Account Manager

Within our Europe, Middle East, Asia (EMEA) organization, the Fire Rescue Services (FRS) segment is growing rapidly. As our new International Account Manager Fire Rescue Services , you will play a key role in expanding our global market presence, strengthening dealer networks, and building long-term partnerships with end-users.

Your Role as International Account Manager

In this position, you are the commercial point of contact for all sales activities in Training Solutions within the Fire Rescue Services segment. Your focus: growth, profitability, and sustainable customer relationships .

You will:

  • Identify global and regional market trends and turn them into commercial opportunities;
  • Acquire new dealers and customers while supporting existing partners;
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with fire services worldwide;
  • Drive growth through strategic sales plans and effective execution;
  • Present LION’s training solutions at customer locations, during demo tours, or at exhibitions;
  • Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management in Salesforce.

This is a role for an energetic and strategic sales professional who is ready to represent high-impact solutions in an international environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Selling Training Solutions to new (international) customers and dealers;
  • Creating country and regional sales plans aligned with business targets;
  • Assigning and managing dealers;
  • Organizing demo tours, customer visits, and product presentations;
  • Traveling internationally (approx. 50%) to meet customers and partners.

We Are Looking for You If You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Have strong commercial drive and experience in international sales;
  • Preferably have knowledge of fire services, public safety, or technical training equipment
  • Are proactive in spotting and seizing opportunities;
  • Understand sales to both end users and through dealer networks;
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and preferably another language such as French or German;
  • A flexible attitude and ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
