MBO or HBO Internship: HR Operations Support

Are you an enthusiastic MBO or HBO student eager to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Join our HR team and gain hands-on experience with HR administration, processes, and employee support. In this internship, you will be part of the HR Operations team, working closely with our HR Officers to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Support the HR team in daily HR administration (contracts, onboarding documentation, employee records, etc.)
• Monitor and handle HR tickets in our HR system (Workday and Xurrent)
• Assist in updating HR procedures, guidelines, and templates
• Provide support in HR operations processes such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and employee data changes
• Participate in improvement projects related to employee experience and HR services
• Work closely with HR Officers and other colleagues to ensure compliance and accuracy in HR processes
• Learn about HR systems, employment law basics, and HR operations best practices

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in an MBO or HBO study in Personeeladministratie, HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
• Curious and motivated to learn about HR processes and operational excellence
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, service-minded, and able to handle confidential information responsibly
• Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to learn new systems
