As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a HR & Recruitment Specialist (Dutch speaker) to join their team and play a key role in supporting their people agenda. This role combines hands-on recruitment with employee coaching , performance support , and HR process coordination .
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and external partners. (tech and engineering roles)
- Partner with managers to support performance management , career development , and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations , including sickness and reintegration cases, ensuring alignment with Dutch labour law.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers.
- Collaborate closely with the Global HR Director (US) and local HR & Finance team.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute to a positive company culture.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in HR, ideally in an international or SME environment.
- Proven background in recruitment and employee coaching .
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law .
- Fluent in Dutch and English .
- Proactive, approachable, and passionate about people development.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
