Hikvision Europe B.V. is now looking for a Lead of Key Account Manager in Hoofddorp, for our NL Team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Key Account Manager team: set team goals, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of overall targets.
- Make regular visits to Tier 2 customers (installers, system integrators) to develop and maintain positive working relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and approach high-potential installers or system integrators to join the Dealer Partner Program.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize dealer management activities and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with distributors to develop project quotations for dealers and drive project execution.
- Analyze and evaluate both dealer and team sales performance, recommend improvements, and ensure implementation.
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activities, adjusting team strategies as needed.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings, business reviews, and training sessions to enhance team professionalism and cohesion.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales departments to refine market positioning and support the development of sales tools, campaigns, and promotions.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of key account management experience, preferably in the video surveillance or security industry.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience with a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve targets.
- Strong customer relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
- Excellent market analysis, data analysis, and business planning abilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong stress tolerance and self-motivation, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in office software and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as required.
