People Services Senior Manager - North West


About the Role

Our client is an international organization committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience and efficient HR operations. To achieve this, they are seeking an experienced People Services Senior Manager to lead the development and optimization of a centralized People Services & Administration function (for 6 countries, North West Europe). This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, streamlining processes, and providing outstanding service to employees and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

As People Services Senior Manager, you will oversee the full range of administrative HR processes across the employee lifecycle; from onboarding and contract management to offboarding and data integrity. You will design and implement policies, standards, and templates, ensuring all processes comply with local labor laws and internal guidelines. Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, you will collaborate with teams across multiple countries to drive harmonization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a centralized People Services & Administration function aligned with global standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor service quality and productivity through KPIs and performance data.
  • Oversee all administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, labor laws, and internal audit requirements.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for regional People Services leads.
  • Support transformation projects, system implementations, and integrations.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services, including team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday), compliance, and GDPR.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
